By accessing GlassCreek, you agree to use courses and tools solely for your personal learning or as explicitly permitted by a valid organization account.
- Eligibility: You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have consent from a legal guardian.
- Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Acceptable use: Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt our services, and avoid abusive or unlawful behavior.
- Access limitations: We may throttle or suspend access to protect platform stability or address policy violations.
Purchases
Payments grant time-bound access to specified course materials and features as described at checkout.
- Pricing and taxes: Prices may change; applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout.

Liability

- Cap: Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
